she was very aggressive and straight forward with finding a home. I would use her again as I have I have in the past. she has now sold 3 homes of mine and each one I have been very satisfied with her know how. she is also a great people person so when negotiating with the other seller/buyer she can get along with anyone. the best part is communication, I have called her over 20 times in a day before and she has always replied in a timely manner.

We were completely ready to give up our "house hunt" when we found Julie. I knew from the minute I met her that she was the perfect person to help us find our home. She was incredible throughout the entire process. Not only did she send us homes daily, she was always available to take us to view a home we found, often within a few hours of us reaching out to her. You can't find a better realtor, she is responsive, friendly, and honest. I have owned a property in Dallas since 2005 and left in 2008 when it became a rental property. She was recommended to me this year (2016) and within less than 24 hours we had an offer and negotiated to full price. She really works for you which is crucial. I just wish she lived in Virginia and could be my realtor here! She rocks!!!
